Chinese Cuisine
The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.
Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.
There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.

Great food, good portions at a reasonable price. That's all I ask and they deliver, literally.

Cheap tasty Chinese food.. Really can't complain here. Place is a little dirty and run down, but the prices are good. Not quite the same quality as bigger cites like DC, but around here it's all about the same. This is a take out kinda place. They deliver also .

This place has never let me down. Ever since I can remember, my family and I have been ordering from Fu Hing whenever we crave Chinese. Inexpensive, and always good quality food. Doesn't take too long for them to make the food either, so you don't have to wait long at all.

Hot, tasty, reasonably priced, sizeable portions, and fresh! First time trying it for me. I would eat it more often if I lived here. The family combos are a great deal. You get a FULL portion of the entrees you order and the soup is also a full size portion...very impressed! Fed 4 adults and 3 kids for $36!

Just moved to Norfolk from DC and it guess I'm spoiled from the big city stores we have up there. The General Tsos chicken was ok.. Not great but not the worst I've ever had. The place didn't look too clean itself but the people who work there are very friendly. Price is actually pretty good.

They get 2 star cause their food was better than a lot of places I've tried and their prices are good but.... I am extremely not happy with being lied to! We placed an order last night for delivery. Keep in mind that we have gotten delivery here MANY times. And they called like 20-30 minutes later to let me know that we are to far and did not make our food (which we would have picked up). They said they only deliver 5 miles away and we are 7. Well I checked this morning and we are exactly 5 miles away!!! It was close to closing time (which we would have tipped more) but I know that was the real excuse and they could have just said that instead of lying. Definitely not happy about last night. That's no way to treat customers. We were going to keep them as our Chinese place "go to" but not anymore. Ridiculous!
